HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The reason we can't display prices is because they vary depending on the size, duration and location of your event and so much more.
Simply let us know a little bit about your event using our booking enquiry form, and we’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours with a list of available/suitable artists and the best prices possible. It’s that easy!
HOW DO I BOOK?
Simply send through a booking enquiry from our site.
We’ll need to know which artist or experience you’d like to book, the date, how many people at the event, how long you’d like them there and so on.
We’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours with availability, options and the best price possible :)
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY?
Most of our artists are based in Sydney, however we do have performers and specialists based in most Australian major capital cities.
We also on occasion quote for regional events, so just shout out and we’ll let you know what options are available for your area.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Generally yes, however allowing photo and/or videos are at the discretion of the entertainer. If permitted, photos and videos must be non-professional and for personal use only.
It's best to check at the time of booking to see if any photo/video restrictions apply to your entertainment or artist choice.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY IN CASE WE HAVE TO CANCEL?
A booking is confirmed once you have agreed to proceed and provided your invoicing details. At this point, the booking is binding and the following cancellation policy applies.
All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. The following fees apply based on notice given prior to your event date:
• 90+ days notice — 25% of the total booking fee is payable
• 60–89 days notice — 50% of the total booking fee is payable
• 30–59 days notice — 75% of the total booking fee is payable
• Less than 30 days notice — 100% of the total booking fee is payable
Any deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in all circumstances. In some circumstances, a credit note may be issued at Untamed Entertainment’s discretion.
Requests to change your event date are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and fees apply accordingly. A new booking may be made subject to artist availability, at Untamed Entertainment’s discretion.
*Peak Period Exception: Bookings confirmed during the Christmas period, New Year’s Eve, Mardi Gras, Pride Month, and Halloween must be paid in full and are non-refundable regardless of notice given.
